Explanation of Juz Amma

Concise Explanation of Juz ’Amma is a comprehensive course that covers a detailed explanation of the 30th Juz of the Quran, which is commonly known as Juz ’Amma. Taught by qualified graduates of Islamic Universities and students of knowledge, this course provides a deeper understanding of the surahs that are often recited in daily prayers.

Through this course, students will strengthen their iman by connecting more deeply with the Quran, learning the meanings of the surahs, and enhancing their Salah. The course covers key topics such as the Day of Judgement, the afterlife, the oneness of Allah, and ways to protect oneself and one’s family from harm.

Students will learn:

• The meanings and explanations of the surahs of Juz ’Amma.

• Key themes such as the afterlife, Day of Judgement, and the oneness of Allah.

• How to protect oneself and family from harm using the guidance in these surahs.

• How to improve their Salah by understanding the meanings of the surahs commonly recited.

• Important lessons and wisdom derived from the verses of Juz ’Amma.

Course Instructor: Ustadh Ibrahim Al Mubtasim began studying Arabic in January 2012. Upon completion of the Madinah Books series, and Bayna Yadayk, he then completed a three month intensive course in both Arabic and Islamic Studies in Kuwait in 2013. He has ever since been teaching the Arabic language, as well as other sciences of Islam. ​ In 2019 he completed a BA in Arabic at SOAS University, which included a year of study abroad in Morocco. Here, he studied a number of books in the science of Arabic language, including the famous book Alfiyyah Ibnu Malik, which is considered to be one of the most advanced books in Arabic grammar.
